# New York State and City tax

PTET, New York City business taxes, and sales tax.

Each year we review whether New York's optional Pass-Through Entity Tax (PTET) makes sense for your partnership or S corporation, help you make the election on time (it's due by March 15), and coordinate estimated payments and owner credits.

If you do business in New York City, we handle the city's business taxes, including the Unincorporated Business Tax for partnerships and LLCs and the General Corporation Tax for S corporations. We also manage sales tax registration and returns.
